About the Role

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance the school's online presence and engagement with its community. Key duties include managing and maintaining social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, creating and curating content that reflects the school's values and achievements, and monitoring social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.

The Social Media Manager collaborates with school administrators, teachers, students, and parents to gather content, stories, and events to share on social media. They may also respond to inquiries and comments from followers, promote school events and achievements, and manage online campaigns and advertisements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (at minimum) in the relevant field

  • Three years of working experience (at minimum) with a reputable organization

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Efficient time management and organizational skills

  • Energetic presence and creative input

  • Dependability and sincerity in following school policies

  • Driven to grow, learn and take on new challenges
